Abstract
The aim of the research was to analyze the writing skills of students with mild mental disability of its graphical, grammatical and technical side. There were analyzed 54 samples fonts (depreciation, transcription, dictation) from 9 participants aged 11 - 12 years who were at that time studying in the special primary school. The research was qualitative analysis of the characters in the assessment of compliance with the technical requirements of writing and the writing errors. Methods used in the search for answers to the research questions were the method of participatory observation, analysis method of the writing samples and method of performance of the unstructured interview with the classroom teacher. The research results showed that, regardless of affiliation to a written speech, detect the highest error rate in the accents and punctuation. Generally occurring phenomenon in technical requirements on participants' writing was reduced distance of the head from writing pad. And we came to the conclusion that scripture of participants compared to the standard recommended value is magnified, the writing movement in one stroke is viloated and proportion of the letters is poorly managed.
