SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE AS A PARTICIPANT OF CLASS AND SCHOOL CLIMATE

Abstract
A submitted study of the theoretical character, which represents the author´s output from the solving of the project KEGA no. 036UKF-4/2014 called Influencing of the aggressive behaviour of pupils by forming an optimal school and class climate, has the aim to define the position of a social pedagogue as a specialised employee at school, to specify more thoroughly the target groups of his specialised acting and his professional tools which are used, or potentially they can be used in the school environment. However, it is the fact that a social pedagogue cannot still find his position at many schools due to different reasons. In case of those schools where a social pedagogue really works, he represents not only another component of the systemic professional aid to pupils, their parents and teachers, but he also becomes another participant of the class and school climate. Therefore, in our work there we also deal with possibilities of (re)forming of the motivating and favourable class and school climate by a social pedagogue.
